
Federico Abrar

Federico Abrar obtained his attorney’s license in 2014 and has specialized in tax law. He earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Geneva in 2018 and is currently pursuing a doctoral thesis focused on criminal tax procedure.
Throughout his career, Federico Abrar has practiced law at various firms, primarily in the areas of tax law, business law, and economic criminal law. He also has experience with several tax administrations, including the Federal Tax Administration and the Cantonal Tax Administration of Vaud.
Federico Abrar advises his clients, both individuals and legal entities, in tax and business law matters and represents them in litigation proceedings. He also dedicates part of his time to teaching tax law and law in general and serves as an assessor judge at the Administrative Court of First Instance, specializing in tax law.
In 2021, Federico Abrar became an independent attorney and, in 2024, co-founded ABT Avocats with Antoine Berthoud and Damien Tournaire. He operates under the legal entity Abrar Tax & Law Sàrl.
